More Peptides and Skin Barrier Repair.

I was exctied to try a new product from Sherak (having tried other products before by them) and I love how moisturizing this feels on my skin. It spreads well and absorbs easily, there is a little bit of a smell to it but it diminishes with time! My skin looks and feels so hydrating after using with a slight skine!! Gifted by sherak skin.

I really like this moisturizer. The texture feels rich and creamy, but it spreads easily and doesn’t feel too heavy on my skin. It gives a nice level of hydration and leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth, and comfortable after application. I especially like using it at night, but it also works well during the day because other skincare products and makeup layer nicely on top without pilling. I was gifted by sherakskin with this barrier shield moisturizer and I’ve been using it for a few days now and I’m really happy with it. The texture is light, it spreads easily and absorbs quickly. One thing I noticed right away is that you only need about 2 pumps for your whole face. My skin feels soft, smooth, and more moisturized after using it. The only thing I’d improve is the scent - it’s not bad, just very minimal , and I personally prefer something a little nicer or fresher. Overall, it works well and I’m surprised with the quality of this product.

Sherak’s Barrier Shield Moisturizer has a lovely texture and its creamy formula soaks effortlessly into the skin. I can instantly feel the nourishment and smoothness as it settles in. Despite that richness, though, it's not greasy, heavy, nor did I experience any side effects. The ingredient list is impressive, and with continued use I could see it being really beneficial to your skin health. However, I can’t get past the scent even though I’m not usually scent sensitive in any regard. This just stinks; it’s got an almost putrid and nauseating scent profile. I can imagine it’s a result of the natural ingredients, but I don’t think I could use this long term. Especially for the exorbitant price, I would expect there to be a disclaimer and up-front honesty about this. The Sherak Skin Barrier Shield Moisturizer has a nice lightweight consistency that I’d describe as more of a lotion type of texture. I like how quickly it absorbs into the skin leaving a natural type of finish that doesn’t look too dewy or greasy/oily but still feels hydrating enough for my balanced to dry skin type. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the smell is horrible, in my opinion. As a person with maturing, dry skin, I need all the help I can get in the moisturizing step. So I absolutely love that this is such a rich & restorative moisturizer! Peptides have always served me well, and pairing that with a barrier supporting formula is so smart. I have been pairing it with my retinoid as the second step. Works great for that as it doesn't contain retinoids (it does contain bakuchiol which I have always liked pairing with my retinoid. why choose one or the other when you can have both lol).

Note that this does have a scent to it. It's an oddly familiar scent though I can't place it?
