Product Usage & Routine

How do I use the Sherak three-step system?
Apply in this order, morning and night on cleansed skin: Step 1: Free Radical Neutralizing Oil to purify and prepare. Step 2: Reactivation Serum to drive deep renewal. Step 3: Barrier Shield Moisturizer to lock in actives and fortify the barrier.
Do I need all three products?
Our products are designed to work synergistically for maximum results, and we do recommend using all three. That said, each product performs beautifully on its own and even better when combined as the full Sherak System.
When will I see results?
Results build progressively with consistent use: • Immediately: skin feels softer and more nourished. • 2–4 weeks: improved smoothness and radiance. • 8+ weeks: visible firmness and wrinkle reduction.
Can I use Sherak with retinol or other actives?
Yes. Apply the serum on clean skin, allow it to absorb fully, then layer other treatments as tolerated. If using retinoids or retinols, they can be beautifully combined with the Barrier Shield Moisturizer in the evening.
Should I use Sherak in the morning, evening, or both?
Both, for optimal results. In the morning, complete your Sherak routine and then apply a broad-spectrum SPF. In the evening, the actives do their deepest renewal work while your skin is in recovery mode. Retinols or retinoids can be added to the Barrier Shield Moisturizer in the evening.
How much product should I use per application?
Our recommended starting amounts are: Oil: 3–4 pumps. Serum: 2 pumps. Moisturizer: 2 pumps. Adjust slightly by season and your skin’s needs.
Do I need to shake the Reactivation Serum before use?
Yes. We recommend shaking the Reactivation Serum before each use to fully disperse the peptides and active ingredients. This ensures you receive the complete concentration of the Pentapeptide Matrix™ with every application.
I am having trouble priming the pump on my serum or moisturizer. What should I do?
This occasionally happens due to air in the pump column during filling, and it is easily resolved. First, shake the bottle gently and depress the pump 10–15 times to work through any air. If the pump still does not prime, unscrew the pump from the bottle and depress it several times outside of the bottle to clear any remaining air bubbles, then reattach and try again. Your product is completely intact; this is simply an air-priming step.
I notice an unusual scent with the Reactivation Serum or Barrier Shield Moisturizer. Is something wrong?
Nothing is wrong, and your product is perfectly formulated. Some users notice an unexpected scent with highly concentrated active formulas. This is a natural characteristic of the amide compounds present in advanced peptide chemistry; the same concentration that makes these formulas so effective can release a faint, distinctive note. The scent dissipates within a few minutes of application and is in no way an indication that the product is off or compromised. It is, in fact, a subtle signature of highly effective agents.
