Why the first sixty seconds of your routine are so important for protecting your skin.
There is a reason skin can look tired by August, and it is not only the heat. Every day this summer, your skin is on the receiving end of something invisible: unstable molecules called free radicals, each with a single mission to steal an electron from the nearest cell.
